The 4* Shirley Arms Hotel, with 25 bedrooms, located in the heart of Carrickmacross is currently recruiting for a Restaurant Manager.

Will have a minimum of 2 years food & beverage experience at a 4* hotel level or equivalent standard restaurant Excellent Knowledge of Food & Wine Excellent Management, Leadership, Training, Communication, Time Management, Organisation Skills. Well-presented and approachable with an excellent eye for attention to detail Works well as a team and on their own but will be essentially responsible for the management of a busy restaurant and staff Computer Literate with some experience with rostering, costings etc Flexible attitude to working hours and ability to work early starts, late evening and weekends essential Duty management shifts will also be part of this role
