This is a great opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer and a creative thinker to join The Gleneagle Group. The Group represents a selection of Ireland’s best-known holiday, conferencing and entertainment destinations. The Gleneagle Group also operates the INEC and Killarney Convention Centre in Killarney.   This is a high energy role which requires the candidate to have great time management and communication skills while being an excellent team player. This role works closely with Group Creative lead / senior designer and Group Marketing Division Managers. It strives to deliver maximum visibility to Gleneagle Group umbrella brand and brands family, achieving high recognition with target audience while delivering impactful visual and multimedia communications.


• Work as part of the Group Marketing Division for The Gleneagle Group
• Create and develop designs for all offline / on line content as required by the Group and
Business Units activities, delivering
consistently high standards in creativity and execution while meeting deadlines
• Work within the Brand guidelines for each of our Business Units
• Assisting in Brand development and evolution
• The ability to take a design brief from concept creation to collateral completion.
• The communication of all our brands’ unique personalities is paramount.
• The ability to think strategically and ahead of the curve of creativity.
• An awareness of our industry and innovative opportunities
• The ability to create collateral which drives brand desire.
• Managing workflow to ensure all jobs are completed on time.
• Use all company workflow systems effectively.
• Work as part of a team to ensure deadlines are met
• Communicating with all staff in a proper and professional manner
• Following department SOP

• To attend Design meeting weekly with Web & Design Support and Business Development
Director and use meeting to plan
for week ahead and to flag any issues re design or workload.
• To participate in Group Sales & Marketing Meeting as required
• To work closely with Web & Design Support to manage workload and deliver on deadlines
particularly in graphic design.
Other Considerations
•Carry out any other duties as may be assigned to you by the Department Director

•The ability to work on own initiative is important for this role.


• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Photoshop are paramount) Motion Design  knowledge is a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in visual communications / Design • 2+ years’ experience in advertising, concept development and design • In depth comprehension of brand guidelines • Fluent Mac User • Presentation Skills  Must be permitted to legally work in Ireland  Office (Killarney) based
