We are currently recruiting a polished Front Office Manager for this luxury, full service four star resort in Co Dublin. This role is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the Front Desk, ensuring a delightful guest experience that exceeds expectations.


Ensuring a smooth guest experience from check-in through to check-out
Liaising with other dept heads on guest requests/issues
Responding to all customer feedback
Knowledge and promotion of other hotel areas/services to guests
Management, motivation and training of the Front Office team
Front Office reporting and admin
Achieving all department goals


The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience as Front Office Manager of a large, luxury four star property. Will be a proven team manager and motivator with excellent communication skills, written and verbal. Will have strong IT and admin skills (MS Office/Opera/Micros).
