We are currently recruiting an experienced Café Manager for this lovely location in Dublin 8. This role will ensure smooth daily operations with a high level of customer service. Key responsibilities include:


  • Motivate staff to achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality
  • Work with HR to develop long-term staffing needs
  • Conduct training and other meetings with department staff
  • Ensure that KPI’s of the contract are compliant in all areas
  • Undertake special projects as requested by the General Manager
  • Assist with driving the Health & Safety and Sustainability aspects of the venue
  • Ensure compliance in all statutory requirements of Employment Legislation and Licensing
  • Work in conjunction with the Executive Team for the provision of excellent and efficient service on a day to day basis as well as all catered events
  • Any other duties as required


The ideal candidate will be an extremely organised and efficient hospitality professional with a genuine dedication to customer service. Must have a minimum of three years' experience as Cafe Manager of a quality café establishment. Will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with keen financial acumen (budget knowledge) and solid computer skills.
